Security
Your mail and your jobs, held carefully.
Production AI holds no Google or Microsoft credentials. It reaches your mail and files only through the Higgs Hub key you give it, and that key's access role decides what it may reach. If you connect AccuLynx, JobNimbus or RoofLink here, its API key or website login is stored encrypted, shown only as its last four characters or a masked username, and removable by an admin at any time.

Do I need Higgs Hub?
Yes. Production AI is an agent for Higgs Hub: it reaches your mailboxes and roofing-order tools through one Higgs Hub API key, and your AccuLynx or JobNimbus jobs through that CRM's own API key (or, for RoofLink and anything an API can't do, a website login you choose to give it). Higgs Hub is billed separately, on its own plan.
Can it send or approve an order?
No. It never submits, approves or sends an order. It plans the order, saves the worksheet and files it on the job. AccuLynx has no public order API, so a Draft is built in its website: by a person, or by the agent if you connect a website login. Either way a person submits it. The agent never sees that password; our server signs in for it.
Does it work with JobNimbus or RoofLink?
JobNimbus, yes: give it a JobNimbus API key and it looks up jobs and contacts. It never changes anything there. RoofLink has no connection of its own here; the agent reaches it only through a website login, which is in early access.
Does it need my CRM password?
No, not for lookups or for filing documents; an API key covers those. A website login is optional, per site, and only for work in the CRM's website. It is tested with one sign-in, stored encrypted, never shown to the agent (our server signs in for it), and should belong to a dedicated user with only the access the work needs. This is in early access.
Can it run without me?
Yes. A schedule runs on its own timetable, plans orders for every job ready for production and files the worksheets on the jobs. Each run keeps a transcript you can read afterwards.
What does it keep, and for how long?
Your Higgs Hub key, CRM keys and any website logins are stored encrypted, and only a workspace admin can change or remove them. Transcripts, which can contain mail content, are purged after 90 days. The audit log keeps identifiers and counts, never message content.
What happens after the trial?
$299 a month, or $2,990 a year, per workspace after 14 free days, managed from the workspace's billing page. The whole workspace shares one agent, so there are no seats to count.
